Wee... just managed to get my old twin bed, mattress and boxframe (separately!) down the 3 flights of stairs and out to the dumpster. Took some interesting contortions on my end, including carrying the damn mattress on my back once outside, and 'walking' the boxframe from corner to corner on the narrow end to get it out without straining my muscles ( Read more... )
