Woot!
Well, just checked my messages this morning cause I forgot to yesterday, and one was from the lady at the hospital, saying that I got the job, and I just have to send her acceptance of it before she can do the paperwork. I emailed her this morning saying yes! I want the job! Unfortunately, she also mentioned that she was going to be out today and tomorrow, so I'll hear next week.
So now I get to tell the boss today that I got a new job, and can only do this one part-time at home kinda thing. Which actually isn't far off from what I've been doing, just going to shift to the evenings now.
I do have more work to do tonight for that, though, so I don't think I'll be able to make fight practice :( Seems he got a couple short jobs in all at once, so I got those to do last night and I get to try and finish them up tonight. One was an interview with a basketball analyst for a sports website on the NBA playoffs.... just thrilling, I tell ya ;P
So, that's the good news for now. I'm a bit nervous at how he'll take it, but I got the job! Now to work on clothing if I have to work at the hospital itself for the next couple weeks (haven't heard either way yet)
EDIT: Found out I'm working at home tomorrow, so I probably will show up to practice, since I can stay up late after practice to get more work done.
