How big is too big?
I've been lurking here for quite some time now but I need a little help.
I'm a first time spider owner and I've been keeping baby tarantulas for a little over a month now. They're living in baby food jars and they've all molted, which isn't a problem except for Tesla who's really cramped. The jar is about two inches and she's about 1.5 inches long. I moved her to a jar with a three inch diameter but that seems to be too big.
I'm wondering is that too big for her or can she manage in the big jar for now. It's not a big deal if I need to move her to something smaller. I have a jar about 2.5 inches in diameter that still has jam in it that I could clean out if she needs something smaller, but I'd rather not move her again if I don't need to.
