i am like a 50's housewife
so i dont know why my mom wanted a puppy so damn much. i take care of him all day, pretty much everyday. and then when my mom comes home in the evening she plays with him a little then expects me to take him out for all his evening walks and clean up after him and so forth. she is like a dad from back in the day. she is there for all the fun stuff, to play and every once in a while discipline him, but otherwise i have to take care of everything.
we're going to pensacola this weekend and i have to stay with my aunt carla and cousin hilary cuz my unlces house is all full. and puppy will come with me. my moms dog will be staying with me.
when I (emphasis on I) filled out the application to get gatsby one of the questions was why do you want a dog. her answer was she wants someone to walk with. she only walks him in the morning. apparently she intends to do on those walks she meant in the app when he is all grown. when he doesnt need constant attention or training anymore. when he isnt as bothersome. dammit
i should probably talk to her about this. see if we can work something out. i feel trapped in my apartment b/c i cant leave gatsby alone in his crate for too long b/c someone has to take him out. i cant sleep in, at all, b/c he will do all sorts of terrible things to the carpet. which makes it really hard to go out and play with my friends all late and what not.
he is lying on my foot right now. i want my foot back
