help!

My 12 year old, somehow got sunburnt llips, we ahve tried everything short of takign him to the hospital, if they are worse tonight, I am thinking I will take him.. but I was wondering if anyone on my friends list here would have a suggestion of what I cold try..

we ahve tried,

chapstick,
blistix
aloe
vaseline
and a very cold wet cloth - this seemed to help for awhile, but not anymore
