For several days now, my left-hand pinky (and the left side of the neighboring finger, to a lesser extent) keeps falling asleep. It's the sort of thing that gets better or worse based on arm or wrist position, and yes, it does have RSI written all over it - it fits all the descriptions of carpal tunnel, except that the latter involves the bundle running up into the thumb and neighboring fingers, and this is very clearly the "other" bundle feeding that hand. There's one of the funnybone spots at the edge of my elbow point (pinky-side, forearmward) that is very clearly connected, as any sort of impact to that twinges the affected areas much, much worse.
I'm fiddling with keyboard arrangements and trying to give that arm as much rest as I can in hopes that I just temporarily inflamed something and it can calm down, but I'm going to have to get this looked at pretty soon if it doesn't straighten out and fly right.
