God of comfort during transitions, thank you for your guidance over the past few months. They have been more than a little rocky for me, and I'm glad to see you were there for me even if I wouldn't always turn to you. Please continue to guide me through ever-changing life.

I'm having trouble, of late, remembering to be alive. I fall to silence when I should be singing joyfully. Please, guide me back to my accustomed place. Help me to live truly and freely. Please don't let me frighten those who love me.
