I got an hour of my shift covered Friday so that I could go and visit Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest in nearby Cle Elum.  Besides it being ridiculously hot, it was a pleasant visit.  We got to tour the facility (which is not open to the public) and meet the 7 chimpanzees who call the place home.  The place is small, but well equipped and we were ( Read more... )
