I had some sleep and spent some time talking to Mel. Things are okay, I just got some assurance I needed and things were much better.
Dale and Kathi want me to go to a hockey game with them on Saturday... which could possibly include calling in for that... but... *looks around* You didn't hear me say that.. I delcare it a mental health day. :D
I'm glad you got your package, retrojapan! I hope you enjoy it. I'll admit that I was getting a bit worried about it., but it arrived safe and sound and that's all that matters.
Funny thing happened yesterday at work, one of the ladies I sit with on breaks and stuff, expressed intrest in my Vampire Hunter D novels. And she found them intresting. She's going to have surgery on her hands and be out for the next 12 weeks. I think I'm going to go tomorrow and buy her the first book. Everyone should be exposed to VHD... at least once.
Christmas was okay, I got lots of money, with what I don't know what I'm going to do yet. Besides being generally down and bummed out, I forced Penni to wear the sweater my Nana knitted for her last christmas.
She looks so thrilled. I was suprised she didn't worm her way out of it like she did the last time she wore it.
And one of me that mom took for my dad because I was wearing makeup that day.
