I have been neglecting this journal lately, and I totally forgot to mention that I was going to Clare for the weekend with my family (my family being mum, dad and sister). We left on Friday morning, and for the past two nights we stayed at the Clare Country Club. Had a good weekend, all up!
The Country Club was quite a nice place to stay. It was a

Ah, yes, I did encounter the crazy-HP-fan-Chelsea on LJ a few times... I agree, I was also quite happy with the adaptation. There were a few major things that bugged me, though...
The Burrow scene. What was with that? It didn't happen in the book, and it didn't contribute anything to the movie. It was just a stupid excuse to put an action sequence in a movie and show off some flashy special effects. Plus, the beginning of the next novel starts at The Burrow, so unless they rebuild it...
Which leads me to the next point. Bill and Fleur's relationship. One of the key events of the next novel is the raid at their wedding...so why didn't they at least MENTION it? Also, the new Minister, Scrimgeour, wasn't mentioned at all. I think they should have put these things in...
...but, apart from them, everything else was good. They kept quite well to the book in most cases, and the acting was a big step-up. Overall, MUCH better than the monstrosity of the fifth movie.
I LOVE DRACO MALFOY! I never realised how HOT he was until this movie, when Ivana and I were fangirling him like crazy. And yes, his acting was very good this time around. and YES, Bellatrix = Love.
Yeah, I got all that over Facebook...sounds like you had fun.
I also heard about your job over Facebook, congratulations! :D You're so lucky to have a cool job like that. I mean, who doesn't want to dress up as a fairy and run around with little kids? And yes, little Greek kids can be a real, real handful...just look at my cousins. I hope you have pictures of yourself in fairy costume. XD
It was shit? Really? That is suprising, somehow. The dancing wasn't good? Well, just try and forget all about it and think of Warlow, Warlow, Warlow. Good Phantom memories should cure all problems. Oh, and I want to see Cats...maybe I can wrangle some cash out of my parents and go see it. I spent too much money on Phantom...
I can't wait until drama either. Hansel and Gretel is going to rock. Love you too, fellow Banshee. <3
