I have been neglecting this journal lately, and I totally forgot to mention that I was going to Clare for the weekend with my family (my family being mum, dad and sister). We left on Friday morning, and for the past two nights we stayed at the Clare Country Club. Had a good weekend, all up!
The Country Club was quite a nice place to stay. It was a

SO NOW I AM GOING TO COMMENT YOU
I think I will start with HBP. Seing it at the first session in my whole 'i-am-a-crazy-harry-potter-fan' personality phase it was really good and I was really happy with the adaptation from the book. I did think the whole Ginny/Harry thing had ZIL chemistry and as much as I love Bonnie Wright she really can't act.
The Cave scene was good (apart from it having a bit of a deja vu with LOTR) and I freaking jumped when the hand grabbed Harry.
I AM IN LOVE WITH DRACO MALFOY. Tom Felton's acting was really really good and he really got into his character.
Bellatrix = Love. Enough said.
AND BACK TO MY LIFE.
So I saw it again today with my group, nickie, and her Saints friends so as you can imagine it was CRAZY. And when with friends my slash goggles went crazy (as did Zoya's and Maddie's) ahem, as to quote Dumbledore: "I remember when you were just the boy in the cupboard Harry". Aha and me and Zoya somehow invented Borgin & Burkes to change into Bogan & Jerks. Lol I have no life.
I GOT A JOB! AT THE FAIRIES! My first trial was a few weeks ago, and can I just say this with NO OFFENSE TO YOUR CULTURE AND HERITAGE TAMIKA, but 25 Greek 5-6 year olds...oh boy...they tested my restraint lol. But there was this really cute girl who was super shy and she wouldn't let go of my hand BUT I GOT HER TO DANCE WOOOO. And because I had no idea ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE FAIRIES it's hilarious to just smile and nod when the kids tell me that they've seen every episode and that they own every DVD and CD and basically know everything back to front. And there I am standing in a fairy skirt trying to do this crazy dance for the first time.
Ahahahahahhahahaha.
This is a long entry. I shall leave you now.
WAIT!
I saw So You Think You Can Dance at the Entertainment Centre AND IT WAS FUCKING SHIT! IT WAS JUST SHIT! I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW SHIT IT WAS BUT IT WAS SHIT! So now my theory is that now that the Entertainment Centre is tainted with a bad memory, I have to replace it with a good memory...namely Phantom.
I AM GOING TO SEE CATS THOUGH SO THAT WILL BE AWESOME.
AHAHAH CAN'T WAIT TILL DRAMA!
LOVE YOU FELLOW BANSHEE <3

Ah, yes, I did encounter the crazy-HP-fan-Chelsea on LJ a few times... I agree, I was also quite happy with the adaptation. There were a few major things that bugged me, though...
The Burrow scene. What was with that? It didn't happen in the book, and it didn't contribute anything to the movie. It was just a stupid excuse to put an action sequence in a movie and show off some flashy special effects. Plus, the beginning of the next novel starts at The Burrow, so unless they rebuild it...
Which leads me to the next point. Bill and Fleur's relationship. One of the key events of the next novel is the raid at their wedding...so why didn't they at least MENTION it? Also, the new Minister, Scrimgeour, wasn't mentioned at all. I think they should have put these things in...
...but, apart from them, everything else was good. They kept quite well to the book in most cases, and the acting was a big step-up. Overall, MUCH better than the monstrosity of the fifth movie.
I LOVE DRACO MALFOY! I never realised how HOT he was until this movie, when Ivana and I were fangirling him like crazy. And yes, his acting was very good this time around. and YES, Bellatrix = Love.
Yeah, I got all that over Facebook...sounds like you had fun.
I also heard about your job over Facebook, congratulations! :D You're so lucky to have a cool job like that. I mean, who doesn't want to dress up as a fairy and run around with little kids? And yes, little Greek kids can be a real, real handful...just look at my cousins. I hope you have pictures of yourself in fairy costume. XD
It was shit? Really? That is suprising, somehow. The dancing wasn't good? Well, just try and forget all about it and think of Warlow, Warlow, Warlow. Good Phantom memories should cure all problems. Oh, and I want to see Cats...maybe I can wrangle some cash out of my parents and go see it. I spent too much money on Phantom...
I can't wait until drama either. Hansel and Gretel is going to rock. Love you too, fellow Banshee. <3
