Dinner with Lilach and Liat

The restaurant "Bellini" is placed in one of the most beautiful places in Tel Aviv - Susan Dalal square. Eating there, especially at night, gives you a wonderful view of the square, the lighting and the buildings around it, beautifully made from stone, as in most of Neve Tzedek, the area around it. The only problem with the place, it has very little parking areas - I never try to park on the street there, only in parking lots, though they cost money (the problem there is not a single one - the entire Tel Aviv area is problematic when it comes down to parking, and the same rule goes to everywhere for me - parking lot).

Lilach picked me up from Azrieli, after I spent 45 minutes there (I found shoes and pants in that time... Good quota!), and we drove west, towards the sea and Neve Tzedek. After half an hour we got to the parking lot and went in search of the square. Since I don't know exactly where we were (I was planning on a different parking lot) we got a bit lost, but since we had half an hour to spare (wrong time management) we enjoyed a walk in the neighborhood before getting to the restaurant. After we sat down Liat called and said she had trouble finding the place, but 15 minutes later she had walked through the door, though looking downhearted, which changed once we got our food.

Both me and Lilach had gnocchi with truffle butter (amazing dish, full of flavor) and Liat had another pasta with cream and chicken. The food was great, and we were really quite happy about the place, and left full and at peace with the world...
