I was a bit tired after the day, and my stomach still wasn't quite all right, but i still took the car and went to fetch Hagar from uni. Since the bus drive home was extremely slow, I took it all out in a 12-minutes-ride from my house to the university gate. Needless to say, Hagar wasn't ready yet, so I spent 15-20 minutes zapping through radio channels in pursuit of a decent song to listen to. I found none. Well, after Hagar joined me we both went to Arena mall (though she protested for a minute - but I had a pretty easy time convincing her). When we got there we found out that they had stalls that day, and Hagar found a better gift for her mom's birthday than she'd planned on (the reason we came there was because of "Sabon shel Pa'am" - a shop for soaps and stuff, which was her back-up default). We then continued to circle around the mall trying to figure out where to go for dinner. We eventually decided on (how surprising) sushi. Had a lovely time at "Tao" and some really good sushi (though it's kosher), especially a "Sandwich sushi" with something crispy on the outside. Yummy. Our waitress was a sweet girl, but a bit dumb, and later there was a guy who took over. After we finished our dinner I decided I needed coffee, so we headed for "Cup o' Joe" for an espresso and an alfahores.
I decided I wasn't too tired for a long drive so I took Hagar home to Kochav Yair, where I spent another hour sitting with her and her mom, drinking tea and eating a placebo-chocolate covered-banana-candy-thingy and listening to her telling her mom all that happened at the lab that week. I left at about 11:40 and got home at about 12:30 (I was driving slowly). Went to sleep at about 1:00.
Sadly I had to get up early today, since I was working and was very much amazed to find the entire world as a white fog. It was very dense, so my mom was a bit anxious to let me have the car, but Efrat's nephew has his brit today, so I had to have the car.
Nutty dreams last night, the only thing I remember is going down on a pedestrian-passage in Tel Aviv that looked like the ball-room from "Titanic", With people wearing the clothes from the movie, and coming out on the far end and finding out it was Purim. Yeah, freaky.
