I think I've had an epiphany. I'm not sure seeing as I've never had one before. Looking through old pictures set of timers in your head that says "time to take it out". Preheating the oven for set moving on that you never really do.

Some things just sound better in your head when you're searching for a reason or an answer. Hopefully they still sound as good when I text it.
