When Moo was a little baby, he was like a Mini-Frolic. Now that he's growing up, I can slowly see more of myself in him. This picture is the clearest one I've ever seen in terms of the similarities between his face and mine.

Over the past few days I've finally done something I've wanted to do for awhile; I made a Last Will and Testament, and a living will/Power of Attorney for Personal Care (basically, appointing someone to make medical decisions for me if Frolic is unable to do so). Moo's sick, poor thing. He's pretty hot (feverish) but not scary-hot, and at least he's interested in listlessly watching TV. I had a good parenting moment a few nights ago. I was putting him down to bed and singing him the first lullaby. Okay, this is an odd request but if any of you have pictures of your kids using the potty, can you send them my way? It irks me that even though I manage to do most of the things on my To-Do List, it seems like every day there is something that doesn't get done, and then it stares at me like a little blinking "FAILURE" sign. My baby boy turns two tomorrow. At this time two years ago, I'd transferred to the hospital about 30 minutes previous and would have currently been in a Pitocin-induced hell, lying flat on my back in a miserable hospital bed.
