In short, for those unfamiliar with our parties, we threw raves that quickly became a North American, and then a worldwide, phenomenon. Our first party had 500 people; within two years, our parties were drawing an average attendance of 4,500 (per event). Wow. We have our ten-year reunion party in mid-July, and we put tickets on sale today. They were supposed to go online at noon, but there were so many people trying to buy tickets that our server crashed, and with all those people constantly hitting "reload", even WE couldn't access it for over two hours!
