So, my roommate and I both went home for the weekend. This morning, she recieves a call from one of the other tennants that some people in our apartment building were robbed. She forwarded the call to me and we both rushed back in a state of panicked dread to find...everything

Damn straight, kiddo. Consider all that, like you said, EPIC WIN. And store it up for the next time the "Wheel of Fortune" turns again. Believe me, that stupid Wheel turns faster than you can shake a freakin' stick at it!!! Sorry, I do Tarot readings on occasion and this just hollered "Wheel of Fortune!"

Congrats on the lucky circumstances... AND on the compliments on your seminar. Despite throwing it together in one night, you MUST have done something right! Srsly. Most don't hear a THING if it is mediocre, so I would take it that you did GOOD. Give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back and, as they say in 'Army of Darkness,' "Sally for..r...r.." (jaw falls off), or whatever!

It is great to remember to take the good with the bad. I try to keep in mind no matter bad things are, they CAN always be worse... Thank God they aren't!
