Work has been both busy and productive today. I have revised several quit claim deeds and figured out their matching HUD1s. I had settlement, prepared close-out documents, and am now having lunch. Which, will be cut short to prepare for my SDAT run this afternoon ( Read more... )

So my homeowners insurance is looking for every reason to blame the water damage on me and is not going to pay me a dime.  I'm going to have legal minds review the facts to determine if I have a case.

In the mean time, I'm specifically trying to add flood coverage to my policy.
