Starting today it's back to the gym 5-6 days/week (I've actually been going on and off for the past few weeks... but more off then on).
I've got 20lbs I'd like to loose by the end of Jan, and I'd like to loose a total of 50lbs by mid May. Also time to buy proper food and start eating and cooking properly again. Also it's high time I re-adjusted my body clock so I'm not sleeping from 4am-12pm or 6am-2pm anymore... something better like 12am-8am would be nice... I took some sleep stuff and knocked myself out last night between 9 and 10, and I've been up since 5am. Hopefully that will shock my internal clock a bit.
I was telling
hawthornecub about all this, and he just looked at me and said, "Yeeeaaaaaah.... riiiiight.... I'll see it when I believe it."
... I don't usually back down from a challenge or something like that... so now I'm resolved to doing it :)
