I have size 16 feet.

Doc Martin says they have shoes for Size 15.5-16 (UK Size 15).

Should I trust their boots/shoes to fit my feet? I've always ordered 16-D or 16-E sized shoes and considering these are strong leather boots, they won't expand very much.

This is directed toward women mostly.

Where do you buy your shoes? I'm a size 11-12 and I can never find shoes >:|
