Not much of an update. Single again, but so it goes. Been cooking quite a bit recently the last few days, Buffalo chicken, Pan seared scallops with a lemon wine sauce, Seafood chowder, and most recently(by that I mean it's still setting up in the fridge) chocolate ganache. Which will become in time and if the chocolate gods are appeased, chocolate truffles.
I've also realized that I've been using my twitter http://twitter.com/Talkos much more as a random thought/writing outlet than actually updating people as to my daily actions. Odd, but it works, I've had trouble really sitting down and writing this last year, I'm hoping to get past that block.
Things have been out to get me recently, for example, I was opening up a container of leftovers, you know the tinfoil and cardboard combination, and managed to slice my knuckles open! How I did it I'm not really sure, but that was just sad, lol.
Ahhh well, we shall see how things go.
