Right-Wing Bloggers Vs French Muslim Batman

DC Comics has just kicked off a story in which Batman recruits a group of heroes to help fight crime in various cities around the world. The person he's chosen to protect Paris is an immigrant Algerian Sunni Muslim who goes by the name Nightrunner.
The right-wing blogosphere reacts about like you'd expect. But this fellow takes the cake:
US comic book creator Bosch Fawstin, who wrote on his blog that "DC Comics has submitted to Islam," is coming up with his own antidote.
"If you’re as sick and tired of this IslamiCrap as I am, be on the lookout for my upcoming graphic novel, The Infidel, which features Pigman, an ex-Muslim superhero who is the jihadist’s worst nightmare," he blogged.
Now I've been a big fan of comics since I was a kid and I've never heard this guy's name once. I'm thinking he was just the first person with anything to do with comics that the BBC could find who was willing to spout stuff like that for the record.
Honestly, the fact that their are people out there with nothing better to do than get their shorts in a knot over this amuses me to no end. Especially since it's likely that Nightrunner is likely to just be a character that pops up from time to time whenever an American superhero visits Paris or during the next megaevent.
