So an unaccountable corporate board deciding who lives and who dies is a better option?

Yes because they are accountable to the market, see? Companies will have to compete, so they will serve people better than government will. Think of how well people are served by airlines and mobile phone carriers.

But you know what's better? NOT forcing them to compete! How anti freedom is it to have Big Government enforcing laws like anti-trust laws and anti-monopoly laws? It's killing our economy, I'm telling you. How's a megacorporation supposed to survive in this climate. They're just going to move somewhere else like Somalia if we don't bend to their every whim and desire.

Or more likely, to the Cayman islands. And if you go to the Cayman islands to search for some company's HQ, all you'd find would be sands and palms.

"Where's Megaimportexport Ltd, dammit?"
"Behind the next rock, Sir".

Well, you at least have to have a postal box, right? Some place to serve notice of legal action? Aren't most of these addresses basically empty offices in buildings full of empty offices?

Oh, but they're supposed to be accountable to their shareholders. Whether they'd account for anything is their own choosing, though.

Hyperbolic fear-mongering and outright lies are the BEST option!
