i miss the days when teen movies featured Semisonic and Smashmouth songs and they used dumb words like "rufus" and "crunched" and everyone was being deceitful until the very end! and there were annoying popular guys who weren't all that attractive really. i think Mean Girls might be the only good teen movie of the decade so far. can you think of any others?
i just realized that the end of Never Been Kissed features pictures of all the actors when they were teenagers - somehow i missed Drew Barrymore's photo but Michael Vartan looked like a little surfer kid.
