[Yuan is sitting out in a field, leaning back against a rock and staring sadly up at the stars. One hand occasionally toys with a gold bracelet around the other wrist, and a wooden cane painted with crappy-looking flames sits nearby, looking a bit incongruous.]

Another year, another loss. [He sighs deeply.] You'd think I'd be used to it by now.

[There's a Yuan sitting on the steps of a random building in town, head in his hands. He looks like he's on the verge of some kind of emotional collapse. He could probably use someone to talk to.]

[Yuan is currently mildly disgruntled about being a three-foot blue dragon. This is what he gets for living in an evil magic castle, apparently...not that he has a choice in the matter. He's wandering near the lake looking for a good breeze; any and all Rodyles are invited to poke, but beware of his lightning breath!]

...It could always be worse.

- People are being brought here from many different worlds and alternate timelines in the same worlds.
