The worst part about being sick
is deciding to go to the doctor's or not. I may just have a chest cold, but my voice is gone, my throat hurts, i can't stop coughing and it really freakin' sucks, because i have to teach two classes tomorrow. I don't know if I should try to go to health services or wait a few more days or something. The snow day was a gift from some higher power...but it didn't make me less sick.
Today I finally joined the MLA society online and subscribed to their folklore newsletter....and myk won't stop calling me a dork...mostly because I subscribed to get the new MLA handbook for 2009. Can you believe they got rid of underlining for book titles?! My whole world is falling apart!
Also, Otakon is the same time as this writing convention I really want to go to, and it makes me sad.
Spring break is not coming soon enough. Blarg.
I just want to sit around and write all day.
