Yesterday I was wearing my new sweater and suddenly I felt a draft. I looked and saw that from my right armpit to my elbow the seam had come undone. Later I learned that it had been stitched together with a cheap chain stitch: one pull and it all comes undone. I am not sure how to sew it back up. I've been gone a good 7 weeks from LJ-land due to a Very Bad Reaction with my meds and the subsequent depression it induced.
