Not so good.

I had a big deadline on Thursday, so I maxed out on the stimulants: a full 30 mg of ADDerall and 200 mg of Provigil, plus as much caffeinated soda as I could handle. The week before, I also worked pretty hard and took lots of stimulants.

The predictable result was not much sleep, because I'd be too wired to fall asleep before 3 am, and then something would get me up around 7 am or so (cats, bladder, smoke alarm reacting to the humidity from the swamp cooler).

Friday I took no ADDerall or Provigil, and I shuffled around like the living dead. Around noon today, I took 30 mg of ADDerall and it barely affected me. I've been sleeping like crazy all day, in between efforts to get the dishes washed and the counters cleaned off. That has taken me a good four hours. My house is its usual disaster and moreso, because I went on an Internet catalog shopping spree and have been getting boxes aplenty shipped to the house, and they're all over the place.

Plus, I still don't know what to do with the 60 yards of black 30% nylon shade cloth from the greenhouse supply place. I wanted the 15% white cottony cloth, but they sent the black stuff instead. It's too heavy for me to pack up and ship back, and I really don't have anything else to do with it. Yet. Maybe I can build a PVC shade house. Right.

Furthermore, my free T4 levels have plummeted since a month ago, no apparent reason, and weekly B-12 shots don't seem to do much for my energy. Plus, I've got chronic sinus drainage from the monsoons or something, so that's always fun.

UPDATE: Now I remember why the T4 levels were low: I had taken my old Armour thyroid pills instead of the new ones, so the dose was too low to begin with.
