So
saestina has finally forced convinced me to start watching Friday Night Lights. I watched the first episode on Friday, I believe, and quite enjoyed it--which I expected, considering how highly everyone speaks of it, but getting me invested in a show revolving around football is still quite a feat. Anyway, I figured I'd leisurely watch a few more eps this weekend--nothing too crazy, just, ease into the show a bit.
It is now Sunday night, and I am queuing up episode 9. *cough* I CAN'T HELP IT THAT IT'S REALLY GOOD, OKAY. I've been writing up some thoughts as I go, so once I finish the first season--which could be alarmingly soon if I continue this trend--I hope to post those. In short, though, I love everybody, especially Coach Taylor and Matt and Tim. And Julie. Also Tami. The cinematography is really lovely, too, and the opening credits are so pretty. Also, um, I've cried twice so far. AGH.
saestina, I'll say it again: THIS IS ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT. If I fail my last term of college because of this, I'm blaming you fully. Just so you know.
Unrelated: Why is it snowing in April? Way to fail, nature.
