Icky Icky Eggys
I feel the need to say that today I was making egg salad and when I broke open my hard boiled egg I was shocked at the bright yellow color. First I thought that I must have somehow under cooked the egg but then I realized that the icky gray color I'm used to seeing on commons eggs is not actaully natural. The bright yellow is natural. Commons is gross. Real food is exciting.
