Interview Part ONE
Alright so I went in for my interview today.
The manager was back in the kitchen so he had a girl named Kacie come talk to me - Well she could be Casey or Kasey or Cacie or..well I'm just biased cause of Kacie =)
ANYWAY...so shes a tall skinny blonde with a thick accent and..very happy. O_o;
So she tells me to tell her something about myself. I told her I'm studying Japanese.
"OHMIGOD! Say something!"
"*Introduces herself in Japanese*"
"O_O! WOW! Say you want to work at Bone Daddies REALLY BAD!"
"....*says it in Japanese*" >.>;
"So like - when you go get a manicure - you can like TALK to the people huh!?!?"
"They're Vietnamese.."
"Same difference right?"
"......" >.>;
Needless to say it was an interesting interview. She said I brought something different to the table with her girls - this could possibly be a brain - I'm not so sure.
Since the manager has the final say (he came out to say hi) I have to come in again on Saturday at one. (don't let me forget! @__@) Apparently you have to hostess for a month or so before you start waiting tables - which is shitty. But I can deal with that as long as theyre BEING SERIOUS. But Hillary says that she's never seen it not happen. I really like her. Our waitress last night said 'it's like...being a sorority but a NICE sorority! We go out and do everything together!!'
So maybe I can introduce them to a few of my guy friends...? ;D Maybe if they're nice to me :D
Well wish me luck!!!!
Also the meeting of the moms is tonight! Hopefully Everything will turn out okay. I see extreme awkwardness ahead but JESUS that couch is UNCOMFORTABLE @__@;
