(no subject)
my 21st was on saturday. it was sweet. everything it should be. it threatened rain, but it was mostly fine. tho it might have been circada piss. i was so happy to have all of my best friends there to celebrate with me. i adore my friends. i love them to bits. they make my world go round. and they're all such wonderful people. i think everyone had fun. there were speeches from dad and jessica and they were really sweet. elissa didn't show, which was pretty slack, but not surprising. i was also disappointed that kelly did not make it, i sent everyone a reminder msg, but apparently she lost her phone.
we have so much leftover food and drinks.
i felt soooo spoilt. i got amazingly awesome presents:
dad - ipod and digital camera
mum - woodford ticket and return flight to QLD
kylie - made an awesome big display thing to have at party of photos of me thruout my life
dale - $30 itunes voucher
sean - a bottle of smirnoff double black that he dropped on the ground, and some miscellaneous groping...
michael - koko black chocolates. very awesome
jack - $50
eowyn and her family - $50
cass and yannick - flowers, wine and a flashing 21st tiara thing
brianna - a bday girl party hat and a happy 21st helium balloon
thalia - rly pretty earrings that she made

jan - 2 bottles of wine
bonnie - a rly nice notebook for everyone to write comments in at the party. very special

jessica - this absolutely gorgeous photo frame with a picture of me, katie and jessi as kids at tidbinbilla
charlie - that awesome nail buffer set that ppl always try to sell to you at the shopping centres but that i can never afford
auntie robyn - $20 gift voucher
adam - is taking me out for food/coffee on thurs evening.
and i still get presents from my sisters. and murray. he will be in canberra this week, and we'll be having coffee and lunch on thurs. i am so excited about seeing him, and overwhelmed too, a yr and a half worth of catching up in just 5 or so hours.
after the party we went back to our house for a bit, and in total i drank for like 12 hours. we went into the city for a bit of a dance. sean and charlie did stuff in the lounge room...
i'm going out this thurs too, cuz it's my actual bday. will prob get smashed.
and qld on friday!
will celebrate my birthday with rachel by going out in brisbane on sat night, i've never gone clubbing in brissie before. and will celebrate again with mum at woodford, and by going out to dinner with qld family.
pretty awesome, if slightly crazy.
dad, bonnie and i celebrated xmas yesterday, cuz i will be away by then. it was really sweet, they invited dale. it was pretty mellow but really nice. i played the violin, and i heard dale play the guitar. he's kinda good. it was the first time i'd ever taken someone a bit like a bf to a family event thing.
for xmas dad got me a dvd player and 3 dvds...the spicks and specks interactive game show dvd, my fair lady and amadeus. bonnie gave this adorable little metal cat ornament thing.
i feel extremely spoilt at this time of yr. i can't believe i'm actual almost 21. meant to be more of a woman or something.
stuff with dale and i is really good and frustrating at the same time.
sex is sweet.
i have a letter waiting for me at home from canberra youth music about whether i got into youth orchestra or not. i need to not get my hopes up. we'll see.
i think that's about it.
