Ah. The wings don't serve much of a purpose. The only thing to keep in mind, is that they're important to your health. If you lose a wing or both wings, you'll die. Getting them injured will make you sick.

[Beast nods; he recalls Charlie mentioning this. But now that he thinks about it... if they managed to give everyone wings, than what if...?]

Yes...on the back of everyone's neck. They put a barcode. It's a way that they track us. I don't know how they would have done it with someone with...fur.. Unless they removed some to get to the skin.

[He has no idea what a "barcode" is, but he'll immediately reach around to see if he notices a difference. He never paid attention before, but he can tell now that is is indeed significantly less hair than usual right at the back of his neck.
