Lucky Charm Cocktail

I invented this tonight as a way to use up the cucumber pulp that is the result of seeding cucumbers for my black rice salad with cucumber and mint (it lasts a lot longer if you do that). Since it has the Gay Seal of Approval, I figured it was worthy of sharing:

cucumber pulp
mint leaves
sugar
tequila
lime juice
lime zest
ginger ale

Muddle together mint, cucumber, and sugar. Add tequila, lime juice, and zest. Shake with ice and pour into a glass. Top with ginger ale.
