Today is just a really, really shitty adulthood day.
My car gets towed. "Oh man, before I get it, I should really take care of the parking permit. It expires Wednesday!"
Parking permit website. "Oh man, I don't get any real bills, I better log in to my utitilities ebill site and see if I can use one of those!
Utilities company changed its name and this fucks up my log in so that I cannot get into the site and I'm locked out of my account. "Oh man, better see if I can scrounge up any paper bills at all in the apartment!"
Find none, but do find insurance bill and realize I have no idea what the fuck I'm doing with my health insurance. "Oh man, better take care of that!"
Remember that my insurance agent aunt set up my account without asking me so now I can't access that account or create a new one because my SSN is already in use. "Okay, shelving that collossal clusterfuck! Why don't I try calling my utilities company!"
Four attempted calls and one four minute conversation before the call is dropped later. "Oh man, even though I pay all the bills and created the e-bill account, my roommate was the original account holder so they won't allow me to get into MY OWN ACCOUNT!"
So: no parking permit + no imminent way of renewing it, no access to my utilities bills which are due in a few days, maybe no health insurance I REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THAT because my mom and aunt kept being like "DO EVERYTHING ON YOUR OWN, oh wait I did everything for you" and I have no idea what my final status is, and now I have to walk a mile in the 3-foot-deep snow to get my towed car.
Wasn't yesterday where I freaked out about the paper I had to write for a class that has never met (nothing but holidays and blizzards since it started) and cleaned my apartment for three hours enough. I really really really need an adulthood vacation.
