Exercise:  I went to the gym last week, but never got around to logging the walking distance, and now the numbers have all fallen out of my head.  This week I've been going to the gym near my office rather than near my house, to push the drive home out a little later, thus reducing the traffic density and my stress levels ( Read more... )

Exercise, 5.7.08:  32 minutes on the treadmill, trying specifically to keep my heart rate in the 'fat burning' range of 135-145.  1.3 miles, 120 calories burned.
Exercise, 5.8.08:  31 minutes on the treadmill, 'fat burning' range.  1.5 miles, 200 calories burned.
