Boyfriends. My track record is way too long for a 19 year old. Nick, Matt, Brian, Nick, Max, Ryan. That’s really fun to say,
Nick
Matt
Brian
Nick
Max
Ryan.
Nick H- bipolar nutcase with a guitar and a voice. The ability: to be an amazing musician or producer. The probability: to be a drug addict living in the past.
Matt- Not a bad bone in his body, sincere, sweetest thing. Surfs and plays recreational athletics, with a passion for running. The ability: to be successful at whatever business he goes into as a result of his determined nature and perseverance. The probability: To be the devoted husband to a woman far more powerful than he. (This isn’t a bad thing in my mind)
Brian- Poet. Sensitive without being a complete pussy or a tortured emo bitch. It’s a tough combination to pull off… being sensitive while still maintaining your masculinity. His athleticism helps with that. The ability: To be highly involved in the behind the scenes aspect of professional sports. The probability: to do exactly that.
Nick D- Can’t cram it into 5 or 6 lines. Still can’t figure him out. The ability: to be a business tycoon. The probability: To be in a bar slamming beers and watching hockey games long after the sport has quit him, taking a different woman home every night, but always talking about the one that got away.
Max- quite possibly the greatest man of my life. Crazy Russian who’s good with math and better with a guitar. Hilarious. Won’t open up and share his feelings. Won’t take a risk. Not because he’s scared. Just because he isn’t stupid. But the kindest, warmest person to hail from a country famous for snow and tundra. No one in the world is capable of treating a woman better than maxim can. The ability: to make millions on a professional poker circuit or in the music industry. The probability: to do that while maintaining a healthy relationship with his trophy wife and beautiful kids.
Ryan- Can’t make up his mind, but does everything with passion. Hockey player, cares hard about the game, and has got a fast pair of legs… and the body of a Greek Olympian. But he looks out for #1 a little too obviously, and needs his world to keep changing to stave off monotony. The ability: to be a professional hockey player and “live the dream”. The probability: to live the dream for a few years until it gets to be too boring and he feels he’s hit a glass ceiling, then marry some rich woman and be a house-dad.
Why did I feel a need to analyze all my ex boyfriends???
Cause its 5:00 in the morning and I need something to do until the Red Sox’s opener in Japan airs at 6:00.
