GIve up on finding a lover that's gonna do everything in his power to make you happy.
That's what girlfriends are for.
I don't need a boyfriend when i've got friends who'll visit with chicken soup when i'm sick,
and return my calls as soon as they get out of class, and who'll walk ten minutes down thayer in the snow just to stop by and make sure i'm doing okay.
i'd rather have a few great friends than one decent boyfriend. who doesn't always return my calls. and isn't sure if he really meant what he said the other day
about being there more,
and making it all better.
I don't know how to feel about him.
But i always always always love my friends.
