Haven't left Europe Yet
I have yet to leave Europe and I have already applied for at least five jobs and started the process of emigration. Since emigration will take a long time and may require several visits to a major city I need to get it started now.
I have applied to Future Shop in hopes of continuing my career there in a city. If only for a few years.
I have started the process of getting a copy of my original birth certificate, which is a requirement of the ancestory visa that I am hoping to get. With the ancestory visa I would be entitled to live in the UK for five years, the catch is that I must work for the full five years and not travel outside the UK.
It is hard to say I could live there for five years without a trip back to Canada but, I know it is what I want.
So, as soon as I have my ducks in a row and have all required paperwork I will look for work. I just have to wait for my lawyer friend to email me.
