Eat Your Heart Out, Sarah Connor

How sweet it is:

First:
Make coffee, preferably let the automatic coffee pot make it for you.

Drink coffee. Wake up before measuring stuff or using power tools. The roof has to dry off anyway.

1/3 Cup each: Whole Wheat, White Rice, All-Purpose Flours
2 tsp baking powder
1 TBS sugar
1/2 C Vanilla Rice Dream
1/2 C cold water
1 egg
1 Oz vegetable oil
1/2 Nasty Ripe Banana

Mix dry ingredients.
In a 2 C measuring cup, liquefy banana with egg. Add remaining liquids and beat. Add to dry ingredient, just barely fold together.
Fry in a pan hot enough to make a water drop dance. Flip when bubbles cease to close after they pop.

Yum. Tastes like banana bread. Add a little genuine Maple Syrup.

Now I'm ready to remove the tarp and practice a little carpentry.
