WHAT is the point of having drivers insurance, if, when you hit someone (part your fault, their fault, and some dumb ass on a bike), and the person you hit doesn't have insurance or a licence, you're still in trouble?! HE should be in trouble for driving without insurance or a licence... and he should have gotten a fucking ticket for running a stop sign two blocks back. This asshole is obviously a shitass driver, yet me... who was just trying to be a defensive driver gets fucked. FUCK THIS!
