You know something is seriously up when you start getting sympathy from the former vengeance demon. Not that Anya could not have her nice moment, it was just usually when she did they were so short and littered with backwards insults it was hard to really appreciate them

"Hey Tara." I said suddenly realizing she was probably mad at me for running away. She was really the last person I wanted to hurt when I did this but I was certain she was the person I hurt the most.
“How are you doing?” I asked taking Spikes poem and sticking it away. She might not understand, heck I was not even sure if I understood.

"Not better, not worse, just different. Sorry I did not mean to make you worry. I did not do anything horribly exciting though, saw Spike and well.. he was typical Spike." I roll my eyes than smile at Tara. "Can't expect much from a vampire I guess." I than think of Xander and how mad he was about Spike.
"Not that he did anything to hurt me,.. well no physically, just was a jerk."
