Stress much?
In the last six days, I've decided I'm going to buy a house! I found one I like down the road from where I am now about two miles. It's brand new, on an acre of land, two car garage, hardwood floors, granite countertops, tiled bathrooms and mud room, stainless steel appliances, shrubs out front, porches, sidewalks, gravel driveway, 14,021 sq ft, AWESOMENESS. Brad will be my roommate. I'll find out more today and Monday about the loans and whatnot, but I'm pretty pumped so far. If that falls through, I can get a huge 2,026 sq ft double wide and put it on my parents' property. They'll give me s ome land in my name to do it, which is really nice of them. I'm banking on this house first though.
I'm super stressed about National Boards, buying a house by the end of the February (Brad has to be out of his apt), ending this semester, starting a new one, and LIFE in general. Whew. Breathe.
