(1) "teai" seems to refer more to a person so it's probably someone that helps him with the domain registration, but it's unclear if it's just someone at his service provider, someone from his office, or even someone he hired out.
Translator's note: Sorry about this one. I'm still trying to adjust to this schedule and in the last couple of days I've also caught a small chest cold. Trying to beat it out of me though. It suddenly got cold here in Shikoku in the evening and my train home stops off by the marina area so it's really freakin' cold at night with the sea breeze. Slept most of today and finally got to my computer just now. They're busy though and he'll have limited access abroad, so lucky?
