(no subject)
Ok! So Today was a very busy day.I had to go get my things at my old house that i had forgotten, Talk to my work, go to the bank, go to the cricket store, and Meet Ryan for lunch.
I left the house today with the grandparents to go to the city, (which is rare because my grandparents are not very fond of the city) Anyway, The Drive down now that i think about it was a very beautiful one, the sun hit the mountains in a way that made me tempted to tell them to pull over the car so i could take pictures. Its always been one of my favorite drives.
First stop was Mama Retta's I had to pick up some stuff that I had forgotten from my move. It was really good to see her it actually seems longer than it actually was since I had seen her last. Of course the dogs attacked me with showers of kisses and grunts that told me they missed me terribly. Unfortunately no one else was home/awake but no big deal. We stayed and chatted for a while and then it was on to our next stop... My old work *Shudder
I went into the Store to find a manager that was working to let them know what was going on with me. I had called them previously when I had my little bump in the road, but i decided that it was right thing to go and tell them myself that I wouldn't be able to work there anymore. Of course I got sarcasm and alot of huffs and puffs from some managers but the cool ones that understood wanted to transfer me to wherever i would be moving to. Good Stuff... Then A little quick stop at the bank and on to the next destination...
Okay, I needed to go to the Cricket Cell Phone store so that i could cancel my phone and i knew where one was that was close by... but guess what... it wasn't there anymore! Grr... and i had no idea where another one was and that was one of my biggest worries (we will get more into that later.) So we decided it would be best just to go to Scottsdale to have lunch with Ryan ( I didnt want to be later than we already were)
I had chosen the place to eat, it was called Zipps Burgers and Billiards. We found it no problem (Thank you Mapquest) We were early (No one felt like driving around Scottsdale to kill time) so we just waited and made fun of everyone that went into the restraunt. At this point I started to worry... "Whats this guy gonna be like?" just random things like that (I guess i just worry too much) What I thought was going to be the scariest thing today turned out to be the best part of the day. Ryan walked up and i didnt quite recognize him at first but soon figured out it was him. Anyway we went inside, got seated on the deck because of my big mouth (it was cold) and started talking. He was totally not what i had expected (in a good way) I thought he was going to be this... well i dont quite know what i thought, but I sure did like him, very nice guy. I just hope he had a good time as well. He even paid for everyone's lunch...very impressive. I didnt expect it to go so well, but it did. YAY! The Grandparents were very pleased.
But Then we had to go i still had a huge thing that i had to take care of. We went in search of a CricKet Store. (We finally found one on Country club rd.) So I went inside and spoke to an employee. Well see previously i had requested that they cancel my phone but much to my dismay i was still getting charged for a phone that i had "canceled" and no longer used yeah... the bill rang up to $500.00 so after some intense negotiations (Im So glad i have my moms negotiation skills)I walked out without paying a cent. The Phone was canceled but not until just then... yeah Oops (dont ever get CricKet) Then it was back up the mountain. Still a beautiful drive.
I was so happy when i got home everything was taken care of and all of my stress dissipated. I passed out on my bed for a good 3 hours. I had just been so stressed these past few weeks that it was just time to rest. (Which is probably why i have so much energy now) hehehe. Im just ready to live life again... on my terms. Now i can start being me... a happier me.
