Too good to be true
I didn't fail my histology exam after all!! I passed!
A few weeks ago, a list of exam results appeared on the uni blackboard. A note said that you have to have 19 points to pass. The list said I had 18. I was a little pissed, but since I hadn't really expected anything else, I was kinda okay with it. Then, a few days later, half of the list was taken down - including the sheet with my results on it. A rumour began to spread, something about the results being faulty and some of the tests being re-checked. Over the last few weeks, I kept checking the uni homepage for new results, and I kept an eye on the blackboard, but nothing happened. No new results, and the old ones stayed gone as well. No one said anyting either, not the professors, nor the assistants.
Today, I get a call from a friend: a few new results have been uploaded, I should check it out. I did, and there it was: instead of 18, I got 19 points, which means I passed, which means I won't have to take the test again, which means I can actually take time off in the little time I have before the second semester starts.
This so made my day.
