working... hardly

I'm helping one of my profs with her research this year, and we're currently running a reading comprehension experiment. That means that I get to sit around the lab and hand out many many pieces of paper to the people that come in to do the experiment. Which basically means a lot of sitting around. But, lucky you! I'll probably be updating a lot while I'm here. I know, you're just so excited.

I think someone stole my bike. At least, it's missing from my garage. Who takes a person's bike from their garage? Come on.

Yoga makes me happy. I was feeling kinda crappy and unproductive and mad at myself for being unproductive today. But I went to yoga and it made me feel better. I don't usually buy into stuff about clearing your mind and centering yourself and new agey mumbo jumbo along those lines. I do, however, recognize the mental benefits of exercise. (I don't think you can live with Emma or Marissa and not.) So yay for yoga for making me less stressed and blah-feeling.

Also, yay for the Carleton Feminist Alumni Network. There's a whole box of buttons for it in the GSC, and I've been wondering for three years now what the deal is with that. Well, we're going to make it happen this year. I'm excited.
