I really don't want to work on AI anymore

So I spend Thanksgiving with my extended family on my dad's side every year. About four or five years ago, my grandparents decided that making Thanksgiving dinner was just too much effort, and started ordering it from a local restaurant that does that kind of thing. It's kicking my ass! I realized at the beginning of the term that I really didn't want to put in the time/effort for the programing (and was really having issues with LISP), so I took it as a Cog Studies course with no programming. Best decision I made all term. I still feel so lost. It's been a struggle. My final project isn't too terribly interesting - it's a research paper on how natural language processing systems handle metaphor and other non-literal meanings.

Awww... And you and I made Thanksgiving dinner last year (minus turkey, obviously). And it was amazing!
