X-Men 3
I finally managed to watch the trailer. I had to download it because I couldn't watch the one on the official site. Anyway, while it looks kinda nice, it seems to confirm almost all of the horrible rumors I heard a few months ago. *cries*
- Storm will play a mayor role by becoming the new leader of the X-Men. This is glaringly true since Storm is shown more in the trailer than Jean, who should be the star. Only Wolverine is shown more than her and we all know why that is. She also stands in the front, like the funeral scene. And Rogue and Mystique both just got one little shot each.
- Cyclops and Professor X will be killed of. Since there seems to be a funeral in this movie, this might be very much true. The rumor also said that Jean will be the one to kill them, but there was nothing in the trailer to prove that.
- Love triangle between Bobby, Rogue and Kitty (Shadowcat). Bobby is shortly shown with a brown haired girl that is obviously not Rogue, touching her cheek. Guess that rumor will become true, Bobby getting interested in Kitty because he can touch her, making Rogue angst even more.
- Storm and Wolverine end up together. Thankfully there was not much in the trailer that pointed to this, in fact there is no scene where Storm and Logan seem to be together. But still the director might drop this bombshell on us, looking at the one scene where Storm kinda looks at Wolverine. Also, Jean being kind of evil here doesn't bode well for her and Logan's relationship.
Damnit, what is the new director thinking. Did he somehow completely miss that everyone thinks that Halle Berry as Storm sucks huge amounts of donkey balls?
