So I just got home from taking the cats to the vet for their annual checkup.
Both are fine, weight is the same a last time - Miep the chubby is 13.2# and Scout is a lady-like 10.4#.
Vaccinations, exams, nails clipped and they're back home and NONE TOO HAPPY WITH ME!! Scout is re-acquainting herself with the house, visiting every corner of every room and crying like a baby. Miep is hiding in our bedroom hissing every time Scout walks by and hiding under the bed whenever she sees me. I feel so loved!
Lots of work to do today, workout with weights this afternoon and a Troop meeting this evening. I did the tread-mill this morning. I also have to replace the drive-belt on the lawn mower and this time I'll get it right!
Susan bowls so she won't be home until 10 or 10:30. I'll have left-overs for dinner.
